Moving from idea to execution

After being a sponsor in a successful sweepstakes, I saw how difficult it was to find and engage with travel audiences. Which led to the opportunity for me to create a marketing-led media sales program to capitalize on our traveler audience.

After garnering buy-in from leadership and media sales, I set to work creating the program functionality. Including assets such as a media sales deck and landing page with an inbound inquiry process, as well as coordinating a calendar of campaigns and building a network of partner relationships to contribute and create robust packages.

This new media sales program created a new line of revenue that contributed an additional 3% total business revenue for the first calendar year.

Seeing sweepstakes success

The largest media sales campaign launched was A Very Merry B&B Sweepstakes.

It was comprised of four destinations and 13 partners. It captured nearly 40k unique entries.
